Technical building energy manager – Lausanne

On behalf of our customers, we ensure the smooth running of technical installations, the quality of maintenance and cost control by monitoring energy consumption and maintenance contractors. We work with the latest IT tools in the field (e.g. LoRa, Planon, Power BI, ubstream, AREE building, e3m) and develop applications tailored to our customers’ needs.
For our Lausanne office, we are looking for a senior technical-energy manager.
YOUR DUTIES
On-site and remote management of HVAC-MCR installations
Monitoring of HVAC-MCR-Building services companies
Energy monitoring, fault analysis, operational optimisation
Managing small HVAC-MCR projects
Operational audits and energy reports
YOUR PROFILE
Holder of a CFC, maturité professionnelle or equivalent diploma
At least 5 years’ experience in the HVAC-MCR sector in Switzerland
Swiss nationality or valid driving licence
Fluency in French, English and/or German an asset
QUALITIES REQUIRED
Communicative, able to work in a team
Organised, rigorous and autonomous
Sense of responsibility, ability to manage priorities
Ability to analyse and write
